Return Policy

We strive to deliver the best product possible, however we understand that sometimes mistakes are made and/or our product may not be exactly what you wanted. In these cases, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue in a mutually agreeable manner.

• Returns may be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
• Please contact us within 15 days of product receipt at [email protected] to receive an authorization code.
• Items returned without an authorization code will be returned to sender.
• Refunds will be made in the same form of currency used for the purchase.
• Items must be returned in the original condition they were received in.
• Customers will be responsible for shipping charges.
• In the case of defective items or items damaged during transit, shipping and/or restocking fees may, at our sole discretion, be waived.
